Most of today's bread is made in a factory -- not a bakery. At Cole's Peace we bake in the Old World, traditional method. We begin with a combination of all-natural flours and grains. We knead fresh batches of dough and individually hand-shape each loaf. With care, we monitor the delicate rise of our breads before loading them into our hearthstone oven where our artisan techniques result in beautiful, crusty loaves.
